Cylindrical tubed long pieces

Made out of 100% hog casing, the natural casing is tubed on a mould in 1 or different layers. After which it is dried in a natural gas oven. The moulds are 8 or 16 metres long. The casing is usable for all kinds of dried sausage/salami type of cured meats where productivity is important and is lower in thickness as to ADHC type of casings.
